R: Oh, that's an emergency then.
P: Yes, I think so. I need to see a doctor as soon as possible.
R: One moment, please. I’ll check the schedule… Dr. Stephens is available now. He can see you. What’s your name and your date of birth?
P: Laura Palmer, 22nd of October, 1986.
R: OK, Ms. Palmer, Dr. Stephens is waiting for you in Room 27. Go that way please.

Doctor: Good morning! What’s the matter?
